HI GARY, WE JUST RECEIVED THE SAME LETTER AS YOU FROM BG PROPERTY TODAY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DATED 10/10 BUT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR THE SAME AMOUNT FOR M. TAX AS YOU WHICH WE HAVEN'T A NOTION OF PAYING ITS JUST CRAZY TO FIRSTLY EXPECT US TO TAKE ON THEIR PROBLEM AS WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO PAY UNTIL THE APT IS IN OUR NAME
- THE MUNICIPAL TAXES ARE DUE TO BE PAID. THE CLIENTS WHO HAVEN’T PAID MUNICIPAL TAX FOR THE OWED PROPERTY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE THEIR APARTMENTS UNTIL THEY PAY THEIR OBLIGATIONS, EVEN IN 2009, THE TAXES FOR 2008 WILL BE STILL DUE.
AND SECONDLY ITS A LAUGH TO HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING AT ALL EVEN THE 90 LEV AS THERE IS NO ROAD CROSSING OR LIGHTING WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE WHAT THIS TAX IS FOR
-THE MUNICIPAL TAX HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CROSSING OR LIGHTING INFRONT THE COMPLEX.
THEY ALSO SAID LIKE YOU THAT THIS HAD TO BE PAID BY DEC 1ST AND TO SIGN BEFORE 15 DECEMBER,HOW DO THEY THINK THAT WOULD BE POSSIBLE,
-IN CASE YOU ARE UNABLE TO ARRIVE IN SUNNY BEACH TILL 15TH DECEMBER TO SIGN FINAL CONTRACT, IT CAN BE ARRANGED NEXT YEAR
THEY ALSO WANT INSURANCE MONEY FOR 2008 WHICH ISN'T MUCH BUT ITS THE FACT THAT THEY SAID INITALLY THAT THEY WERE PAYING THIS FOR THE FIRST YEAR FROM READYNESS OF THE APT. WHICH WOULD BE FROM NOV.07 TO NOV 08 AND ANYWAY HOW DOES ONE KNOW WHAT IS COVERED WITH THIS INSURANCE
– NOT CORRECT, SUCH THING HAS NEVER BEEN PROMICED TO THE BUYERS IN THIS COMPLEX, THE INSURANCE OF THE APARTMENT HAS TO BE COVERED BY THE BUYERS IN NESSEBAR FORT CLUB FROM THE FIRST YEAR

THEY ARE ALSO CHARGING A SERVICE CHARGE FOR WHAT I DON'T KNOW AS WE HAVE NEVER STAYED IN THE APT,
- THE WATER AND ELECTRICITY METTERS ARE BEING CHECKED AND RENDERED EVERY MONTH DUE TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FACILITY VENDORS. IT IS NOT FORT NOKS’ CAPRICE. IT HAS TO BE DONE EVEN IF THE APARTMENT HASN’T BEEN USED. IF THE COMPANIES PROVIDING THESE SERVICES DO NOT RECEIVE THESE READINGS, THE ELECTRICITY AND THE WATER IN THE APARTMENT WILL BE SWITCHED OFF. THE FEE FOR THIS IS 2,5 EURO PER MONTH, I.E. 30 EURO PER YEAR
EVEN THE MAINTANENCE CHARGES ARE A BIT MUCH AS THE COMPLEX IS NOT FINISHED AS STATED INITALLY AS IN SEVERAL BARS ,RESTERAUNTS,LEISURE CENTRE,BEAUTY SALOON,HAIRDRESSER AND INTERNET CAFES TO NAME A FEW SO ONE WOULD WONDER WHY WE SHOULD PAY FOR FACILITIES THAT DON'T EXIST
- YOU DON’T PAY FOR THE FACILITIES UNLESS YOU USE THEM. THE MAINTENANCE FEES ARE CONNECTED WITH THE MAINTENANCE OF YOUR APARTMENT, NOT WITH THE EXISTANCE OF THE FACILITIES IN THE COMPLEX. THE NAMED FACILITIES WILL BE OPENED AS SOON AS THE COMPLEX HAS FILLED AT LEAST 40% OF ITS CAPACITY. ITS NOT APROPRIATE TO OPEN A RESTAURANT, OR A BAR WHEN THE COMPLEX IS EMPTY.
WITH ALL THIS DECEPTION I AM WONDERING IS IT WISE TO PAY THIS INSTAL UNTIL ONE GOES OVER IN MAY,COULD YOU LET ME KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS PLEASE
- THE INSTALLMENT IS DUE TO BE PAID ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE PRELIMINARY CONTRACT YOU HAVE SIGNED. THE PROCEDURE FOR NO PAYMENT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED PERIODS IS ALSO CLEARLY EXPLAINED IN YOUR CONTRACT.
