2 bedrooms required

Escorted school trips seem different/better than renting out to students.
It may be the use of the word "student" that was the problem.

I have been reading posts on this site for sometime now with interest.

To consider using an agent to rent property is a waste of money.
The rental income is not great,
things like electric, maintenance, council tax, wear & tear, cost money.
By renting to family and friends will keep our sites family orientated,
and wanting the respect it deserves.
This Vito (dont know him) but if he has so many people wanting rentable accomadation
WHY DONT HE BUILD HIS OWN COMPLEX AND LIVE AMONGST NOISY NEIGHBOURS.

I for one will not rent to anyone, Rest Assured

Dear Conrad and Linda,
THIS VITO lives with his family in a holiday village middle of Sunny Beach, where he also accommodates tourists during summer. It seems that your visions about the RESORT are quite different than it is actually. I don't know how many times you have visited Sunny beach, but i presume it will be a big disappointment for you when you arrive in the summer looking for your deserved quiet vacation. Let's say, i will not succee with my kids program, then it will be someone else doing party next door, don't you understand? It is a general problem in your and most of the complexes around the resort. Most of the owners in your complex need rentals to cover mortgages, interest, or just to pay bills. And, please, don't be angry at rental companies, the purpose we exist are you, owners, you created us. Many owners also rent themselves, and unfortunately their tourists could land also next door to you and have party in the middle of the night.

I have ben over numerous times.
NFC has always been quiet with the exception of workers lodging in complex.
I feel more than happy if site remains the same, friendly

Thanks
Conrad

Hi All, I totally agree with my fellow owners, as I had to endure a noisy 4 days and nights last july form Russian students who were staying next to me and who had NO REGARD for the lights (kicked with a FOOTBALL) or the kiddies play area....which they didnt seem to realise WAS FOR KIDDIES.There were 8 of them in a ONE BED APT........Sardines doesnt come close. As I had reason to complain this is how I KNOW they were students. They also took in one of the benches from by the pool on to their balcony as there was only 2 patio chairs. I too have not intention of renting its purely for family and very close friends who will appreciate and treat the apt as they would their own homes.

Vito,i can't understand why you keep compareing your PROGRAM!!!! to us owners having loud neighbours as i have said before if that were the case it would be contained and easy to control, completely different matter you have in mind, and as we all can see from the previous post from Annie ,the way they behaved and treated the complex with such little respect and there was only 4 of them, what on earth would happen if 30 of these thugs were set free in the complex, you imply that this is the norm in complexes in sunny beach and that we the owners are not aware of this, will you get real, the world now is a small place, and people are not so easily convinced,so STOP the tactics cos there not working, you are beginning to insult our intelligence!!!!

Dear Linda,
My mission about the 2 beds in this forum completed one week ago, we found the apartments already, the reason i replied was because i just had a different opinion than some of the owners and wanted to share it. No need to convince anybody in anything.

Dear Linda,
I don't know why i am wasting more time posting and discussing pointless issues.
Fighting against me is like making a confrontation between you and other owners.
As i am doing a legal business with legal "instruments" and on owners behalf, in my OWN COUNTRY and in my OWN TOWN, i would not accept foreigners to teach me how to run my business. If you really have strong legal arguments against my company operating in "YOUR" complex, then you are welcome to put charges in court against me. I hope you have a good solicitor as i have.
vito

I would like all owners who expressed their views on this post to see the above pm i received from vito, and i would just like to say one last word on the subject and that is i was NEVER against your company operating in the complex,it was against the type of tenant you intended putting in there!!!

you 2 are getting really silly talk about comic relief day. lynda last year there were loads of tossers staying on the complex go back to the opening party the place was a mess the bulgarians vomiting urinating all over the complex. who rented them the apartments we dont know. there are lots of unfurnished empty apartments in NFC according to fortnoks they are sold so vito is the last of our problems.
