If you pay 3 or more years in advance there is a 10% discount

As there is presently a good exchange rate, & you pay at today's prices seemed silly not too

Hi Garys. I presume that you just got 10% off for the 6 years, I did know that if you paid by 1st june you got that deal but I didnt think it was that good.
Note to Frances what deal did your daughter get on the 5 years

Hi Not To sure what deal she got they just told me what they done, because i was after telling them i would pay the years fees because i use the apartment as much as they do but i will ask her what deal she got over the weekend Frances

Yes any years paid 3 years or more in advance for 10% discount.

Bearing in mind maintenance fees doubled over the 1st 5 years it could be a better deal than it looks.
