I AM POSTING FOR A FRIEND WHO HAS A LARGE ONE BEDROOM APT.WHICH IS FULLY FURNISHED AND WAS NEVER USED FOR RENTAL PURPOSES,ON BLOCK A1,THIS APT. IS IN A VERY QUITE AND PEACEFUL LOCATION IN THAT THERE ARE NO OTHER BALCONIES EITHER SIDE AND IT FACES THE FLAT LAND ON THE BOURGAS SIDE OF THE COMPLEX.

THE OWNER WISHES TO SWAP WITH A FAMILY MABEY,WHO MIGHT DESIRE THIS PRIVACY IN EXCHANGE FOR AN APT. IN A MORE CENTRAL PART OF THE COMPLEX,IT MIGHT BE A LONG SHOT AND THEN AGAIN COULD BE JUST WHAT SOMEBODY REQUIRIES,ALL ENQUIRIES TO dmckeever@wwfp.net THANK YOU. :) :)

If 2 apartment owners wished to swap, I guess they would both have to sell, then buy, I can see lots of fees involved

I would love to swap my large 1 bed apartment, which is nice, never been used, & fairly central, but I think there is more to it than just swapping keys.

I DON'T THINK THAT BOTH OWNERS WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE PROCEDURE OF SELLING AND BUYING,BUT RATHER JUST HAVE TO PAY THE FEES TO CHANGE THE NAMES ON THE NOTARY DEEDS,NOW I MIGHT HAVE IT WRONG,BUT IF THAT WERE THE CASE I THINK IT WOULD BE RELATIVELY STRAIGHT FORWARD,IF BOTH PARTIES WERE EAGER ENOUGH TO DO IT.

I DON'T THINK MY FRIEND HAS GIVEN ANY THOUGHT TO THE POTENTIAL IMPLICATIONS,BUT IF YOU OR SOMEONE ELSE WERE INTERESTED,I'M SURE THESE ISSUES COULD BE CHECKED OUT,THE OWNER WILL BE ON THE COMPLEX FROM MID JULY AND WOULDBE DELIGHTED TO HEAR OF SOMEONE WILLING TO GIVE THE IDEA SOME CONSIDERATION. :D :D

MABEY YOU SHOULD EMAIL THE PERSON CONCERNED,THATS IF YOU ARE INTERESTED OF COURSE,THEY MAY HAVE MORE KNOWLEDGE ON THE SUBJECT.
