i am not scaremongering just thought they might be of interest,on a personal note i am buying a studio in Nessabar Fort Club not for profit but to explore and enjoy Bulgaria

.There has been a big increase in the number of properties distrained by the Bulgarian Commission responsible for investigating illegally acquired properties. In September last year, properties worth BGN 8 Million were distrained. The amount has now risen to BGN 20 Million. As always, getting professional advice, doing the due diligence and so on is essential

Places like Sunny Beach in Bulgaria are awash with empty units
