Bulstat Taxes

Can someone please explain what the procedure is for obtaining a Bulstat card and for paying the Bulstat Tax, and is there more than one way this can be paid. i.e. with a Bulstat card or with just the Deeds......

Hi Mark C, We got our bullstat cards from Fort Nox offices in Sunny Beach, we got our deeds through them also. I would not want to be carrying my deeds about so best if you can get your cards. There are a few places you can pay, best off asking on your complex if anyone is going as once you know the way you can then go yourselves after that, hope you get your cards, why not send Aglaia an email @ Fort Nox see if they are there, otherwise it could be a wasted journey.

Hi Mark, we didn't have to do anything as soon as you sign the deeds the property becomes taxable and bullstat cards are issued to who ever you dealt with. in our case we dealt with fort nox and they had our bullstat cards, we just had to go along and collect them. Hope that helps

Thanks, I have now spoken to FortNox,and they said I should have got it from the company that dealt with the sale, so I'll be chasing them tomorrow.
