FORT NOKS

We have a 1 bedroom apt in NFC. This was the first year of staying out there since we bought the apt last year. Our Bulstat was 144.00 Lev, does this sound right? When we were there last week, we was hearing of people paying less for also a 1 Bed apt?

Also we are being charged 40 Euro for the Digital Box. Is it possible, to tell FN that we don't won't it and buy our own one?

Third question, What is included in the "service fee" which makes up part of the agreement?

Your Bulstat card is used to pay your Municipal Tax (Council Tax)

144 Levs is about what we are invoiced by Fortnoks for our 1 bed in NFC

However if you want pay it yourself it's a lot less, (I think Fortnoks just double it to make it simple) just pop into the council office in either New Nessebar or St'Vlas with your Bulstat card, you have to pay cash, when Fornoks send me my invoice I email them back asking for another without the Municipal tax, as I pay it myself

The 30 Euro service fee is for reading your water & electric meters (I think)

Not sure about the TV Box

If history repeats itself your maintenance fee will be over 20 euros Per meter in 5 years time

I actually did pay 144 Lev's through the office in Nessebar, I am wondering if FN didn't pay it last year and I've been charged for 2 years??

As for the water reading I did that myself and told them what it was.

My I bed is 80 s/mtr and cost 103 lev for municipal tax. Pay in St Vlas each year, as for tv box you can supply your own let the girls in the office know and they will sort it for you.
