FORT NOKS

Dear buyers in Nessebar Fort Club/Nessebar Fort Golf Club,

Just a quick update on the construction works over the complex:
- Sections D1, D2, D3 and D4 are on second floor level;
- Sections B3, E3, F2, F3, D5, D6, D7 and D8 are on level - finished roof;
- Sections A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, B1, B2, C1, C2, E1, E2, F1, G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, G6 and G7 - the finishing works are running at the moment.

The construction of the swimming pools has already started. The landscaping is being arranged at the moment.

Meanwhile, the Fort Noks landscapists plant the orchard which will be placed on the territory the complex.

I know you are currently running 3 months behind schedule!
Is completion date still feb 08 ?Also how long before next payment will you notify us?

Dear gurney,

Some of the sections in Nessebar Fort Club are ahead of the schedule, some - not. (the complex consists 27 sections though). The construction of the complex itself is running on time. It will be finished by the appointed date - latest by February 2008. You will be notified for your next installments duly.
