Rental of apartment

It's possible that I may be able to help. I have a booking in from 18 - 25th July for my 2 bed, however they are overdue with their final payment and I have given them 7 days notice that their booking will be cancelled if they don't pay. I expect you need something more concrete than that but let me know if you want me to keep you posted with developments.
