If anyone is thinking about selling their 2 bed apt on Nessebar Fort Club/Holiday Fort (max budget up to 35,000 euro)

it is idiots like you who are driving down the price for property in the area. The prices at present are going up if you are selling for 40k euros at todays rate you are giving it away. You must be desperate if this is all you want for a 2 bed or the complex has problems. Wise up

If you look at the new 40m2 studios being built and advertised they are all around 40k.
