Just wondering whats the demand like for these apartments? I have 2 studios that I must sell so I was wondering what the going rate is. They are unfurnished in Block A2.

Hi,
We have a one bedroomed flat which is for sale fuly furnished = no interest at all and the agent is charging us 10% to sell it. If you know of oany other way to sell any advice would be much appreciated

I wonder would MRI, the company I purchased these apartments off over 2 years ago be the best people to sell them on again? Has anyone any experience of this?

It the middle of the global credit crunch...Maybe selling now is not the best option. people are holding on to their cash.
My advice is to go that extra mile and get it furnished and available for renting ASAP. At least then you will be getting someting back this year from your investment.

I have to agree with markilly, You'll be very lucky to get a sale in this current global enconomy and the fact bulgaria's resale market is in it's infancy.

I am afraid at the moment the resale market is none existant, you would probably be better to furnish the apartment and try to get a rental from it, but I hate to say this but that market is also not the best this year
