New Build Guarantee

Hi, can anyone tell me how long our apartments are guaranteed for regarding the main features of our apartments ,ie upvc windows and doors ,Air con, bacony railings , boiler etc.I know that in the UK all new build properties comes with a ten year warranty,only i have had quite a few problems regarding my upvc patio door and they have repaired it a couple of times already.
