If anyone still doesn't know the readings for electricity and water please e-mail us here nessebar@fortnoks.org

I have got to admit that it is so simple and straight forward to use, it takes away any stress and you are not bothering about charges ect - cos there are'nt any!!

The only problem i have with it is that, the bills i recieve are in euros and the online payment format is in bulgarian.
I was told that all i have to do is double the amount i owe and that should work out the same amount.
Wouldnt it be easier to change it to euros so that we can get it exact, as it seems its abit of guess work.

The bank through which we have organized the online payment is a Bulgarian bank. Their policy doesn't yet allow payments in other than the offical currency - Bulgarian leva (BGN).
