Hi Ann

I'm trying to work this out as well. Looking at the post by deezer he's looking to rent at either 150 or 200 euro depending on the month for 2 bed apt . Although from the conversations I had last year with other owners I think this quite low.

Not sure about where best to advertise, I'm doing it via family & friends but sure there's lots of websites clamouring for your business out there.

At the moment, flights from the UK/Ireland + rental can't compete with package deals to Sunny Beach. I think you need to attract tourists from eastern Europe to have any chance of renting, but rates may be lower. Yes, I'd like to make a profit but renting my apartment for the whole season and making it pay for itself is my first priority, so I'm not holding out for higher rental value.

Some people had their apartments rented to the seasonal workers in the Aquapark last summer. Does anyone know how to go about doing that? I have emailad the Aquaparks owners in Sofia but haven't heard anything from them.

Hi Finbarrk,
I am almost certain it is Fort Noks thats rents the apts out to Aqua park staff.
Aglaia is the best person to speak to.

Fortnoks tell me that €600 -€900 is what Studio apts made in rental profit for last season. Thats rented to seasonal workers for maybe 4 months. They look after the cleaning, etc. It's not great.
