maintenance charge

Admin - can you tell me why the maintenance charge has increased from 6.90 euros a sq mt + VAT which = 8.28 euros to 10 euros a sq mt including VAT. according to my final contract the maintenance charge cannot be increased for 2 years. so i will be paying 6.90 euros sq mt + 20% VAT = 8.28 euros a sq mt.

The 10 euro/sq.m. maintenance fee including VAT is only for the new byuers with contracts which will be signed from now on.
