Hi,
Has anyone heard of a companies called "Resale Strategy" or "keylounges.com" who phone you at your home address in Britain to find out if they can sell or rent your property in Nessebar Fort They all have web sites but at the same time don't know much about them or how they get their information. Has anyone had any dealings with them. I'm a bit suspicious!!!

Hi Elita.
Yes, it's an old game now being played in Bulgaria.
Please watch out for the punch line, they say they can guarantee to find a buyer for your apartment within 12 Months. At a cost of £1,500 to pay now and this will be taken off the commission when it sells.
They will find you a buyer, but just before the sale goes ahead the buyer will pull out and you will be asked for another £1,500 to find the next one.
STAY CLEAR.

As a rule, anyone who phones you without you asking them to, is probably going to try to rip you off.
be careful of everyone

I had this email regarding resalestrategy.com and a few others, I was in contact with them and almost parted with my cash but everything seemed to good to be true, anyway, had this from that "wonderful" EX company MRI....
Dear Client, Over the past few weeks I have spoken with a number of clients who have relayed to me some very disturbing stories. It seems that a number of companies have been targeting purchasers of overseas properties with the intent to DEFRAUD them. The companies in question are: FURNITURE DIRECT WORLDWIDEGODIVA MARKETINGRESALE STRATEGYKEY LOUNGESRENTAL READYEARLSTREAM CONSULTANTSEUROPEAN MEDIATIONTEKRAM GOLDBERG The nature of the scam varies in each case, but inevitably requires you to pay money over the phone for a service that is never delivered. I have been told about the companies above claiming that they can sell your property for you (apparently to buyers from Russia or Eastern Europe) but requiring an upfront fee, which they claim is fully refundable. Other companies in the group above are offering the chance to claim against your credit card company for you, but of course want a fee to do so. This elaborate ring of scam companies has reached such a level that the newspapers are now writing about them. As a client of MRI, I would ask you to NOT GIVE ANY MONEY to any of the companies on this list. Nor should you HAND OVER ANY FINANCIAL DATA. I am sending out this note now in the hope that you will heed my warning and not be duped and defrauded. If you have been contacted by any of these companies, or any similar ones that I have not yet heard about, please let me know by return. All the best, Darragh MacAnthonyChairmanMRI

thank you for your thoughts and taking the time to make contact .I have spent the last 20 year as an interior designer specialising in showhomes and also packages and i must say i found your company most unhelpfull and at time posativley rude .I am not silly and understand from first hand experiance how the opperation works and and have given a lot of lee way as putting together a build like nessebar is a mammoth task but you need to take a long hard look at this its not good
Kind regards
pip balfe

blue eden
you must be joking....they want cash upfront and then 10% commision when they sell (which they wont - hence why they want cash upfront)
