Hi To Everyone,

This is the second year that I have rented my apt out through Kalin at Fort Noks and I have been highly delighted with the service.
He speaks good English and answers any emails within 24 hours which is great.I don't know how much rental I will receive this year, but was happy first time round.

I am waiting on the doc from the chaps, but does anyone have a rule of thumb of what rental yield i could generate for a studio ? Approx figures are fine.
