This year, Marina and Panorama Fort celebrate their 18th anniversary. Imperial and Crown are 17 years old. The youngest, Sea Fort, is 12 years old. It's a wonderful age for a residential complex, according to the standards of the Fort Noks management company - the green areas, the trees and shrubs look fantastic, the conditions of the building facades is as new, the pools and the entire infrastructure are in order. All this is a result of the huge amount of work, which we carry out on a regular basis. We are able to do that not only out of respect and obligation to you, but also due to the on-time payment of your maintenance and management taxes, for which we thank you. Your compliance with the maintenance and management contract is a guarantee of increasing the worth of your real estate investment! In the last weeks of October, the following works were carried out and are currently underway:
* cleaning of all the building entrances, cleaning of the complex territory;
* care of the green areas - cutting grass, preparing the lawns and flower beds for the winter season, trimming the trees and shrubs;
* painting of the terrace railings of the apartments;
* painting of the air conditioning stands;
* inspection of the building roofs, cleaning and scheduled maintenance of of the drainage system;
* repair of the area around the Sea Fort pool;
* an optical cable is being laid on the territory of the complex – this task is an integral part of the program for the complete replacement of the video surveillance system in the complex.
