Hi Brian,
Rumour has it that an English re-sales agent sold a studio on Privilege for 42k Euro (approx) and the English seller only received 29k Euro (approx). Probably the tip of the iceberg. Anyone selling should be very careful and have their own independent solicitor to act on their behalf only.
