i have an apartment in crownfortclub, what happens about water/electricity usage, ie/ are the costs pretty good,how often do you have to pay,and are they on a meter.

Both electric and water are metered, I pay my bills at the beginning and end of the season. There are a few issues which have been discussed on the owners forums at www.fn-owners.co.uk
