title deeds
Posted: Fri Jul 27, 2007 12:09 amwe granted power of attorney for signing of the title deeds.now we have been told we have to visit bulgaria to sign. anyone else had this experience?

Yes the same thing happend to me and i have to go out the 1st week in Sept to sign, , having said that i did intend to visit at some point to check out the finish of the furniture package.

Posted: Thu Aug 16, 2007 5:18 pmHi All we went out to sign,Fortnoks said that we could sign and pick up the deed about 10 days later ,after signing they told us it would be 20days as the notary was busy.So that meant another trip to pick up the deeds .
