Anybody have anything to say about Bulgaria and the EU ?

I dont think joining the EU will give any apartment price rises particulally around the Sunny Beach area as they are grossly overpriced already and have been for the last two years.One day they will show a profit but not for a long time as you have to allow for the fact that the English and Irish have paid well over the odds for them in the first place.As for the rest of the country I think that joining the EU can only be a good thing and will hopefully bring up standards in general,as someone who has been to Bulgaria many times I can tell you that a lot of people there live in appalling conditions.
