Crown nearly sold out!

Not sure if you guys regularly look at the fort noks website for availibilities but i had a look and theres hardly any left for sale on Crown, plus the prices seem to have gone up.
This is surely good news for all of us owners.
Theres still heaps for sale on Imperial though.
I've heard the Russians have started to buy out there.
Depends if people are sitting on them empty or renting them out as to what impact it wil have, but hopefully if they sell out then it will be busier which will means everything will stay open longer and maybe more facilities pop up nearby!(am i getting ahead of myself!?).
Plus if it sells out, the value 'should' go up!?
