thanks for the reply but can you be more specific as to where on the forum i can find my answers as i have browsed and cant find any help on the two topics ie solicitor recommedation and notary deeds

Hi Banny, I have just completed on two apartments in Sunny Beach and I used a law firm called Dobreva and Boneva and they are brilliant.Just type their name into Google and you will get their details.They are recomended in a lot of the property magazines aswell.Good Luck.
Uk Solicitor for Bulgaria

Hi, I have two companies who have a panel of solicitors based in Bulgaria, everything is in English, cost is fixed. Very Established company, Bulgarian solicitors need to keep to the guidelines set out by the UK company.
