weather and complex at present

Hi All,

Just to let you know that both weather and complex are both very good at moment, weather is down to nature but for those of you who have rentals be prepared for high electric bills as air-con is a must when indoors,just ask your rentals to turn off when not in.
Credit to F/N re; complex, all efforts to keep maintanence up to good standard with high volume of people here.
