Morning All,

Just a quick update, PFB looking good + new supermarket in full swing with the restaraunt beside it
doing pretty good food, piano bar open and in full swing also.

The only downside here is parking on all waste land has been taken over by a private company and is
being fenced off and parking will be chargeable, how much is not known at moment, but if you are
thinking of driving over or hireing a car beware as it will cost you extra now, also if you have rentals
you best inform them as they will be paying extra and looking for some discount!!!!

FN carpark is still free but spaces are limited so beware.

Hi All,

Seems to be a bit of movement on parking on the waste land, FN so we understand have done a
deal with the owner and are renting the waste land off them so parking is allowed again,not sure
if there will be a cost or not, although there is NO Parking on top road and the spider is removing
everything so beware where you park.
