Hi to all residents on Privilege, Tom, Hez, Colin etc Merry Christmas and Happy new year. How about some feedback about the complex as per the other ones. As one of the longest built you residents should be the front runners for news and updates. Has anyone seen Tom Honeyman since he sold and how is the complex looking are there any major worries as regards repair work or maintenance.

As we will all be needing to have some repair work to our apartments who is the best people to contact is there only Sean. Is he the man or is there any others out there or are you so busy you do not need the work. If you were to keep an up to date forum you would probably get work out of it as regards the above.

Hope Colin has had a good season on the airport transfers again a competitive attitude is what is required to put Bulgaria on the tourist map

Hi Bulgariangetaway,

Hope you are having a Merry Christmas. We are still here but we sold one of our apartments and bought a bungalow in the nearby village of Orizare. We still visit the complexes as we have lots of apartments to check during the winter and of course we still have our second apartment on Privilege which we check on.Did see a lot of Colin in the summer did not manage to catch up with Tom Honeyman but did meet up with lots of the other owners on Privilege.

We are always available to help property owners with any Maintenance or Management issues and we regularly post up dates on our face book pages regarding our experiences of living and working here.

have a great New Year and hopefully we will see you in the summer.
