Dear apartment owners in the beautiful Green Fort residential complex! Next year it will be 20 (twenty!!!) years since the construction of your beautiful complex by the sea. The buildings are in order, the pool, the entire engineering infrastructure is working perfectly. Our constant, highly professional care for your property is a guarantee for the safety and multiplication of your coastal real estate investment. The following works are currently underway and have already been carried out:

* as you know, regular cleaning of both the territory and the complex entrances is carried out;

* the care of the green areas continues - we mow the grass, level and prune the trees and shrubs, remove fallen leaves;

* cleaning and inspection of the rain sewers on the complex territory

* painting of the balcony parapets and air conditioning stands - in those apartments where necessary

* inspection and repair of the drainage system of air conditioners - where necessary.

* repairs are carried out in the apartments, under the Fort Noks Guarantee program and in case of insurance events;

* inspection and analysis of the condition of buildings and structures, assessment of the need and possibility of carrying out repairs until the spring of 2025 within the collected maintenance fee budget.
