Has anyone noticed the large increase in the number of apartments listed for sale on the fortnox website??

I've just had a look mirador and I was very surprised indeed that so many apartments are available, can anyone shed some light on this?

Think there's been this many for quite a few weeks.
The only explanation that I can think of is that FN held back several, or have had people pull out before completing.
