New Owner

Hi. I have an apartment in section G/3 which I bought through Addison Read. Is it just me or has this happened to others. I have not rec'd any correspondence from anyone regarding my property. No one has told me it was ready for occupation. OK I should have contacted them earlier but now I am on the case I cannot get any answers from them either except quote "I can use it". I have tried asking about why no one contacted me and no answers, I have asked for some information on the complex again no answers. I have asked about utilities and again no answer. I seem to be invisible to Fort Noks.
(I did post a message on this forum which was answered by a very helpful couple but I thought that as an owner Fort Noks might be more forthcoming with information for me)
