Good morning all from sunny Elenite,
Clear blue sky, nice calm sea, sun just coming up. Looks set for a warm lovley day. A bonus that it is Friday too. More furniture turned up at Taliana, still plenty of trucks up and down at the Sea eye. Lots of work and trucks in the Royal park area, just hope that most are finished for the summer. Still unsure of what is happening next to Marina view, something is getting built as the grid lines are up, so will keep you updated as we get the info. Have a great weekend all.

Good morning all from a set to be sunny Elenite,
Nice weather and plenty of sunshine here over the weekend. A little chilly early evening, but lovely and warm during the day. Hope you all had a good weekend, a great time had here. Few drinks at Pako's Friday, brunch with Graham and Steve Saturday, thanks to them for a good laugh and my bottle of vino. Followed by a BBQ Saturday afternoon and a chilled out day yesterday. Sunshine forecast for the week. Furniture still turning up at Taliana, truck loads by the day. Every where seems to be getting busy now. Easter in Bulgaria is next weekend, so have the choice to celebrate both. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Looks like we might get some rain today, lovely and sunny yesterday but very windy. Wind gone this morning and temperature quite mild. Trucks galore yesterday at the Sea eye. There were five out side my window at one stage, waiting for the other trucks coming up to let them pass. Will have a look today on the progress. Up also at Marina view today so will have a nose on the waste ground, see if I can find any info there. News just on sky, they will show you how to talk to dolphins, so must watch and get some tips for the summer  Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a little cloudy Elenite,
Looks set to clear for another sunny day, no rain yesterday but got very windy late morning. It will be a very long time before I can talk to the dolphins, so will just stick to looking out for them. Programme was very interesting on the dolphins, but a bit too tricky for me. Digging continues on the waste ground at Marina view, no clues yet to what is happening. We have visitors on Mfb at the moment, nice to have company on the complex, so planning a get together before they go back to Sofia. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Lovely sunshine again yesterday, sun broke through mid morning leaving us with a wonderful day. Still a little windy yesterday, but today looking good. Sea like a mill pond, no wind, sun shining and not a cloud in sight. Fishing boats out and about, a sign that the fish are here, which means Dolphins should be on their way soon. Gardener's were in full force yesterday on Mfb, triming and cutting the grass. Everywhere looking nice and green now, the big oak on Taliana looks like it survived the building work, our big oak on Mfb really blooming now. Easter weekend almost here for you all, hope you all have a good one. Sean informed me I can celebrate the Bulgarian one, so my idea of having two holidays is out of the window ! Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a set to be sunny Elenite,
A glorious day yesterday, a walk on the beach, sat on the beach for a while, baking in the sun. Bliss. Weather looking good again for today. Nice calm sea and sun just coming up. Well great news we had yesterday, Robinzon's started to build the new bar, yippee. It was late afternoon, a digger was brought in to clear the area for the foundations. So will keep you updated on the progress. Well no holiday here today, must crack on, but hope you all have a great Easter weekend. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Lovely sunshine all weekend, a little cold wind but very pleasant indeed. Bit of a turn in the weather today and rain forecast for the week. Hope you are all enjoying your Easter weekend, a great weekend had here. A quiet night in on Friday, Saturday afternoon we were on site at the new Robinzon's bar, foundations in prep and concrete on the go. Followed by a party night with the owner's of Robinzons. A huge feast of spit roast lamb, vino flowing and great company. Robinzon's bar hoping to be up and running for May, will keep you updated with progress. Enjoy your Bank Holiday Monday. Work as normal here. :(

Good morning all from a grey and wet Elenite,
Really stormy through the night, heavy rain and very windy. Did not get much sleep with the wind howling through the apartment block. Looks like heavy rain about to start, it is very black out there. Well things are moving fast on Robinzon's bar, reinforcement steel has arrived and going in. Lets hope the rain does not stop play. Gardens on Taliana taking shape along with the pool area and a pool bar also getting built. All go around here, hope you all enjoyed your Easter weekend, have a great day all.

Good morning all from a little cloudy Elenite,
Well the rain finally stopped leaving us with some sunshine late afternoon. Looks like we will have some sun today. Nice calm sea and fishing boats out, everywhere looking nice and green after the rain. Cleaners were hard at on HGFC, windows and hallways having a good old top to bottom. Robinzon's is going for it, reinforcement steel in, more concrete coming today. Concrete trucks turned up next to Marina View, lots of activity here, will have to find out what is happening. Have a great day all.

Hello Di & Sean is there much activity in and around the resort itself. Are the shops, bars, etc beginning to open for the season or is it too early yet?

Hi Hendy,
April is quiet on the complex just now. However this time last year was so much more quiet, so things are getting busier by the month each year. Right now, still very quiet on the complex's, a few apartment owners over and enjoying the quiet spell. Bars are still in prep of getting ready, but plenty of places to go in Sunny beach for eating and drinking. Tourist's out at Nfc too, but they tend to go to Sunny beach to eat and drink or stay in doors. Things are starting to get ready for the season, still worth coming out for the break.
Hope this helps.

Good morning all from a little cloudy Elenite,
Looks like it is going to be sunny and warm today, just a little cloudy at the moment. Nice and warm again yesterday afternoon. Robinzon's is moving quick on the re build, more concrete poured yesterday, 65 cubic meters. They are shuttering the walls and columns today. St Vlas, plenty of clearing up and shops getting stocked up in prep for the season. Will not belong now before we are in full swing for the summer. :D Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a clear blue sky Elenite,
Sun just coming up, birds singing, nice calm sea and its Friday. What more could you ask for. Really warm again yesterday and in for a hot one today. Very busy on Mfb yesterday, worker's, cleaner's and the pool men were all hard at it. It is Easter holiday this weekend in Bulgaria, although they do not do Good Friday, they celebrate the holiday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. But I am going to try my best and start the holiday today. Work continues in the Royal park area, lots going on there. Finishing touches on Taliana, the road area now getting cleared of the stock piling. Have a great weekend all.

Good morning all from a little cloudy Elenite,
Brilliant weather we had over the weekend, really warm and plenty of sunshine. A great weekend had, with a few drinks in Paco's Friday. BBQ on the beach Saturday tea time and a BBQ Sunday lunch. There were plenty of people out on the beach yesterday and a few BBQ's on the go. The dolphins are back, most people saw them Friday and Saturday, I sat on the beach all weekend but never got to see them. :( But it is nice to know they are back for the summer. :D Hope you all had a great weekend too, have a good day.

Good morning all from a clear blue sky Elenite,
Nice calm sea, sun just coming over so in for a warm sunny day. Yesterday was glorious sunshine, a little wind which got chilly late afternoon but a lovely sunny day had. All the gardener's were in full force up at Crown and Imperial, all gardens taking shape and looking pretty. The shop on Panorama getting stocked up. Everywhere seems to have got busy, roads, shops and more people round and about. The buzz for the summer definately on its way. Have a great day all.
