Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Sun shining, clear sky and calm sea. Looks set to be a lovely day. All snow melted, temperatures on the up, lets hope spring is here. Although we cannot complain, it has been a short and one of the mildest winters on record. A few cold snaps and snow, but nothing like we have had over the years. Work continues on the supermarket next to Pfb, a small extention has been added to the side, pics added this morning. We hear there is also going to be a bistro, sounds like this supermarket will have everything, will keep you posted if we hear more. Weekend upon us, friends coming from Sofia, so in for a hectic one. Have a great weekend all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Glorious sunshine all over the weekend, temperature's reaching 16 degrees. Today in for a sunny warm day, calm sea and not a cloud in sight. Friday, a picnic on the beach, Saturday a great afternoon in Vlas, enjoying the sunshine with a large group of friends. Seem's like the sunshine brings everyone out and about. Never seen it so busy for this time of year. Sunday a chill out day, managed to get a little sunburn, but the tan is coming along. Hope today to get the BBQ out and have tea on the beach. Hope you all had a great weekend, have a good day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
A hot one yesterday, down to T-shirts, some even without T-shirts, it was a scorcher. So a lovely afternoon had sat out side taking in the sunshine. Today sunny, a few clouds, calm sea and very mild. The fishermen are back setting up the nets, nice to see the boats out and about again. Work continues on the supermarket, more materials turning up by the day. A drilling rig has turned up on the waste land next to Royal park, so will keep you posted there. Pics added this morning. Have a great day all.

Another hot one yesterday, very warm and sunny with high temperature's. Lovely. Today a little sea mist, calm sea, sun shining and a slight breeze. Work continues on the foot bridge, foundations and steels in place. All go at Paco's, concrete going in, Ben & Paco hard at work with the re furb. Still very busy with work in the Royal park area. More shops opening up in Sunny beach and St Vlas, everyone starting to prep for the summer. More pics added this morning. Enjoy and have a great day all.

A scorcher again yesterday, today looks set for the same. Slight sea mist, sea like a mill pond and fishermen out. Quiet hectic now in the Elenite area, work happening all over the place. Something happening on the waste land by Royal park, diggers and drilling machines on the go. A few pics added and will keep you posted with any news. Happy St Patrick's day to everyone, a party going on this evening in Vlas, so looking forward to joining in the celebrations. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a little cloudy Elenite,
Sun trying to come out, a few clouds, calm sea and mild temperature. Yesterday the weather turned on us, clouds came over, rain and it went quite chilly. Maybe some rain again later today. Road works in St Vlas are getting hectic again, diggers, machines and workmen all over the place, fun trying to get through. Preparing for tiles on the supermarket flooring next to Pfb. Concrete pour today for the foot bridge sunny beach. Another weekend here, a hectic one in store but will keep you updated with photos. A few added this morning. Enjoy and have a great weekend.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Clouds, slight wind and chilly this morning. Rough seas and big ships in the bay. A wet and cold weekend had, rain stopped late afternoon yesterday, so at least it's dry today, well so far. Hard at it on the supermarket in Elenite, electrics going in and internal walls being attended to. Lots happening on the foot bridge in Sunny beach, concrete getting poured and walls going up. Pics added this morning. Work continues on the widening of the road in Vlas, mad as ever over the weekend. Hope you all had a great weekend. Have a good day all.

Sun trying to come out, a few clouds, calm sea and mild temperature. Yesterday a very windy day, cold temperature but stayed dry. Road work in Vlas is hectic as ever, materials being delivered, a central reservation under go, trucks and traffic everywhere. A few pics added. The supermarket next to Pfb, we have been told it will be a Picadilli chain. Off out and about today, a trip into the country to see friends. Weather on the up for the weekend again, the BBQ is definately coming out. Have a great day all.

Slight cloud cover, calm sea and mild temperature. Plenty of sunshine yesterday, very windy and quite chilly at times. Pools getting in prep for cleaning on Nfc and Hfc. Building work very busy on the apartments and foot bridge. St Vlas high street getting hectic with preperations for the season. Still all go in the Royal park area. Big tankers have now moved out of the bay, just the fishermen out this morning. Not long now before I go on dolphin watch. Some pics added this morning. Enjoy and have a great day all.

Clear blue sky, calm sea and sun is shining. Temperature on the up and looks set to be a warm sunny day. Sun in and out yesterday, wind got up and chilly temperature's. A spot of rain late afternoon. Working hard at it with the foot bridge, more digging going on and foundations. More machines have turned up in Elenite, seems like something will be happening on the waste ground next to Paco's and the waste land next to the bus stop. Will keep you posted.
