Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Slight cloud cover this morning, sun in and out. Calm sea and quite mild temperature. Very mixed weather over the weekend, rain and sleet, very cold at times. Heavy snow over most of Bulgaria, lots of villages without power for over 2 days, state of emergency called in some areas. More snow on the way. Work continues next to Pfb, trucks up and down all weekend. Photo's to follow. Still very quiet around here, St Vlas streets are empty, seems like most of the locals have gone away, hardly anything open. :( Never known it this quiet. Hope you all had a great weekend, have a good day all.

Good morning all from a chilly Elenite,
Temperature's seemed to have dropped, cloudy, slight wind but dry. The sea does not look rough but a few big ships have turned up, sat in the bay. A few waves crashing in just now. Work next to Pfb still hard at it, shuttering going up and at some pace. Pics added this morning. Maintenance work still ongoing at Mfb. A few visitors in the area yesterday and people walking the beach. Nice to see some face's in the area. :) Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
A frosty start to the morning, clearing now. Clear sky, sun out but a bitter wind chill. Pools slightly froze overnight. Sea a little choppy. But looks set for a nice sunny day, not a cloud in sight. :) Concrete up and down all day yesterday on the site next to Pfb, still going at some pace. A few pics just added. The work facing Nfc is just getting bigger and coming along. Will get pics over the weekend. Still very quiet around here, apart from the workers, but do have friends coming in over the weekend. Have a great weekend all.

Brian, if you mean the new build opposite nessebar fort club, it is an Aqua Nevis Club hotel due to be finished this year - First Choice doing this as an
exclusive hotel holiday and are taking bookings already.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
A few pics just added of the on coming site down at NFC. They are working all hours, hopefully should be completed if they are taking bookings. We will keep you posted. A mixed weather weekend with cloud, cold, wind, rough sea. Followed by glorious sunshine yesterday, but very cold. Today was a cloudy grey start, now back to clear sky and sunshine. Although it is still bitter cold and the pools froze overnight. Meanwhile work continues next to Pfb, still truck after truck turning up. People on the beach yesterday, don't know where they came from ! but nice to see people. Today is a couple of hours pacing the beach, making the most of the sunshine. Hope you all had a great weekend, have a good day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Snow lasted afew minutes only, back to lovely sunshine and clear sky. Very cold temperature and a bitter wind. Sea slightly choppy. Big tankers have moved out of the bay. The swans are still with us. Had a drive around yesterday and still cannot believe how quiet it is around here. Work continues next to Pfb. A few cars up and down by the Monestry next to Mfb, nothing happening on the work front though. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Clear sky, calm sea, no wind and sunshine. Temperature on the chilly side, bitter cold. Not too bad when in a sun trap, quite warming at times. Pools still frozen and what little snow we had has all melted. :) Work continues next to Pfb, all drainage and soil pipes in place. Now doing over site ready for concrete base slab. A few pics just added. Off out and about today, a few friends to catch up with and shopping. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Clear sky, calm sea, sunshine but very cold. Minus 6 yesterday, much the same today. Bitter wind late afternoon so temperature feeling much colder that minus 6. :( Still lovely to see the sunshine though. Work continues on the site facing Nfc, coming on rapidly, a few photo's added. It is getting bigger by the day. All quiet still around here, St Vlas seems to be getting a little busy with a few more faces turning up and locals out and about. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Slightly warmer this morning with a little drizzel. Calm sea and the wind has dropped. Pools have melted overnight. So temperature's on the up. :) Building work continues in Sunny beach, the site next to Holiday golf are still putting up more blocks, getting quite a big complex now. Apartments in Vlas are shooting up, cannot believe how quick things are going up. Still all go on the site next to Pfb. Photo's to follow. Have a great weekend all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Mixed weather again over the weekend. Some sunshine, rain, sleet and snow and high winds. Baltic temperatures for sure. Today the wind has dropped, cloudy, looks like we could have some rain and very cold. Work continues next to Pfb, concrete being delivered most of the weekend, columns for ground floor going up. They were working through whatever the weather. The building work facing Nfc coming along very fast now. Maintenance work continues on Mfb, Nfc and Hfc. Its all go. Some pics just added. Hope you all had a great weekend. Have a good day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Cloudy, calm sea, slight wind and drizzle. Temperature's are much milder but still on the chilly side. Some sunshine yesterday, again quite mild at times and very very cold late afternoon. Work continues next to Pfb, first floor columns almost complete. Concrete work on the site facing Nfc now finished. Lots of activity up by Coral beach, Elenite. Clearing another site area and work continues again on an unfinished complex. So much building work happening all over. Will keep you posted. Few pics added. Have a great day all.
