Good morning all from a very wet Elenite,
Yesterday's drizzle ended up with heavy rain, high winds and has not stopped since. Wake up to a crashing sea, heavy rain and very windy. Lots of wood and mess been thrown onto the beach, dirty brown water swirling around, not very nice out there today at all. Looks like it is set for the day. Big tankers in the bay, although saw one moving away this morning. Sure all the workers would have turned in, so off out for a nose around. Have a great day all.

Good afternoon all from a snowy and cold St Vlas.
Yesterday, well what a day. Heavy rain and flooded roads turned into snow chaos. It came down so quick, so if roads were not closed due to the floods, they were for sure closed due to snow. Managed to get back to Elenite by tea time to find no electric. Still no electric as yet, but managed to get the car out today and get to Vlas where there is electric, so able to use the computer. It was very windy last night with drifting snow and bitter temperature's. Slightly snowing now and wind has dropped a little. Gritting the roads at the moment in Vlas, but still very icy and slippery. Work has stopped play on most sites. Will keep you posted. Have a great weekend all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Snow slowly melting, electric back on, today clear sky, calm sea, sunshine but very cold. Glorious sunshine yesterday, quite windy, temperature minus 10 through the day and plumeted to minus 15 at night. Workmen started back yesterday on most sites and things seem to be getting back to normal after the horrific time we have had with the floods and snow. The roads are still very icy, but passable if you take it easy. Forecast for the coming week not looking good as the temperatures are getting colder. Brrrrhh. Hope you all had a great weekend, have a good day all.

Good morning all from a cold Elenite,
Baltic again this morning, little snow fall over night and slight snow just now. Sun trying to come through but temperature's are freezing cold. Yesterday with the wind, it was the coldest I have ever felt it. Not nice at all. Didn't matter how many layers of clothing you had on, just felt so cold. :( The roads are just getting thicker with ice and the paths are like ice skating rinks, so not easy trying to walk. All part of the fun, I suppose. Big tankers back in the bay, so looks set for another rough ride. A few winter pics added. Enjoy and have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Not out of the woods yet, just nice to see some sunshine and clear sky. Sea still rough, tankers still in the bay and my word it is freezing. Slight snow yesterday, did not come to much but the freezing temperature's and icy roads are becoming a nightmare. Not having much of a thaw due to the cold temperature's and they keep telling us it will get colder. How is that possible I ask myself. Minus 29 in some parts of Bulgaria yesterday, now that is cold. Our area got down to minus 22, not funny. But on the bright side we have electric and all is well. Able to get out and about and still smiling. :o
Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a snowy Elenite,
More snow overnight, a good few inches. Snowing still this morning, heavy at times and looks set for the day. Winds seems to have dropped and it does not feel as cold, but don't get me wrong it is still freezing, just seems better without the wind chill. So the road does not look passable this morning, not seen any cars coming in and out of Elenite as yet. Luckily we are all stocked up, just fingers crossed the electric stays on. So still all good fun around here. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Snow finally stopped late afternoon yesterday, leaving us with a fair few inches and terrible slippy and dangerous roads. Still managed to get out but horrific conditions. Today cloudy and looks more like rain, freezing temperatures, no wind and sea slightly calmer. Not much building work happening at the moment due to the weather but will keep you posted if anything happens. Have a great weekend all,

Good morning all from a cloudy Elenite,
Whether it will rain or snow is hard to judge, more like rain at the moment. Temperature's went well up over the weekend, this helping all the snow to melt and roads back to normal. A big thaw and hardly any snow to be seen in this area. Temperature much cooler again last night and quite windy, causing the pools to ice over again and a frosty start to the morning. Workers on the building site's managed to get back to work over the weekend. So a few day's of normality and then apparently we are getting hit with more heavy snow and very very cold temperature's. Will keep you posted. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a wet Elenite,
Heavy rain, high winds and rough sea this morning. Very very cold. Yesterday was bitter cold and high winds. Snow on it's way but rain for now and looks set for the day. Concrete trucks up and down all day yesterday in Elenite, work continues on the site next to Pfb. Everything seem's to be back to normal at the moment but all bracing ourself for the bad weather forecast in store. Many area's are having a terrible time with floods. Fingers crossed it will pass us, but will keep you updated. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a snowy Elenite,
Snow, high winds, rough sea and baltic temperature's. We are getting it bad now. Roads and paths all iced up. Able to get out yesterday before the snow, maybe struggling to get out today but will give it ago. Several big tankers in the bay, swirling sea and high waves. The coast getting a battering. Drifting snow is the problem, some area's so deep. But on the bright side, does not seem as though we are getting it as bad as most places in Bulgaria, they are having a terrible time. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a sunny Elenite,
Lovely sunshine this morning, very cold and snow all around. After yesterday, hopefully we are over the worse for now. Terrible with the high winds, rough sea and snowing most of the day, with baltic temperature's. The beach is in a right mess. The pier had a right battering, beach shack gone, wood, trees and debris thrown around. Clean up process already started on Paradise beach. Much calmer sea today and the tankers are slowly moving off. Road clearing and gritting got done yesterday so still able to get the car out. Have a great day all.

Good morning all from a cold Elenite,
Yes Gary, hanging in there, nice to hear from you, where have you been hiding. Look forward to catching up in summer. :) So cold here today, cloudy, calm sea and slight wind. No more snow as yet, just icy all over and baltic temperature's. Back to Paradise soon, we hope. Big tankers moved back into the bay, although the sea much calmer. Things are slowly getting back to normal, just coping with the cold now the issue. Wrap up warm and a few hot toddies does the trick. A few pics just added of the battered coast in Elenite and sunny beach. Enjoy and have a great weekend.
