Good morning all,monday and yesterday sun out and good temps ,mid teens again,, some low lying cloud this morning, but set to brighten up!! some more people coming out this weekend, so will be nice to catch up with them! Plenty of R......s looking at property and some coming to stay!! Most supermarkets are empty of customers,as not many people at all except a few locals and construction workers,,, still digging at sanotorium, plenty happining there as in vlas and sunny beach,,,have a great day.

Morning, yesterday remained with low lying clouds but had some welcome breaks in it, sun popping through making it nice and warm, rain here this morning started early hours but easing off now!! Concreteing bases for tower cranes on sanotorium yesterday, and there was engineers doing site levels and stations here in elenite ,,,wether for sea eye or the collapsing road im not sure? but i think work is immenant , hope you have a top day,,,,

Good morning, hope you had a great weekend , weather friday light cloud, saturday fine sunny and warm, yesterday sunny with great temps t,shirt and alfresco!!! this morning a little light rain! New build next to carwash is to be a new hypermarket with apts above, sanotorium has steel fixers and shutterers in ,going at a good pace, some more people ventured out last week ,some for a short break and some for the season, have a great day,,,,,,

Good morning, broken clouds yesterday with temps dropping but still very mild for this time of year, we are expecting a cold spell towards the end of the week, rain in the night here but clearing! New cobbled stone pathway at the top end of vlas being built,fort noks are widening the footpath from elenite to grand resort, complex next to grand resort doing more digging,the waste land between kompass and watermill started digging yesterday, sanotorium tower cranes going up and wagon loads of re-bar and shuttering materials arriving ,more complexs getting started in sunny beach opposite sunny day 3,land been cleared just up the road from paco's here in elenite, the dodgy road has been closed again,a large quantity of water pipe (300mm) has been dropped at garden of eden,,,,have a brill day

Good morning, weather yesterday fine with sunny spells,this morning overcast and temps have dropped! still digging on complex next to marina view, late into the evening under floodlight,looks like a new water main going in from garden of eden heading grand resort way! sanotorium tower cranes still going up 3 at present i would think at least another 1 or 2 to come,new hypermarket coming on well,looks as if janet's in nessebar are having an extention,fort noks new build going at some pace,plenty going on in Burgas as well ,,come to think of it everywhere is getting something built, will send so more pics over weekend,,,,talking of which ,,have a great one

Has the new airport in Burgas fully opened for business now and if not will it be open by May. Is the Bus still running from airport to Sunny Beach at same location as I am coming over in May as usual.
Will it be quicker to go through now.

Hi Brian,
We will be flying in to Bourgas on May the 16th, returning home on June the 16th. Should be able to find the time to meet up and have a few beers.

Good morning, Hi Brian, the new terminal is open and it was quick coming through,,,but we were the only flight in and 2hrs behind schedule and it was friday night,,,so cannot say whats in going to be like in season,,,but it all is modern and will please alot of owners and new tourists ! the bus is still running.
Weather on friday remained ok cool temps in the evening,saturday a little rain and broken clouds at the night time heavy rain and freezing temps ,woke to a few mm's of thick ice, roads very dangerous and several cars ended up in the ditch, up by lidl's!! The wind being a big factor as well, this morning awoke to a little helping of the white stuff and very cold winds to the extreme,so not looking good!!!
Sanotorium started concreting early hours on friday and continued till yesterday lunchtime 3 pumps !! Most other sites stopped due to rain ie muckaway wagon's not alowwed on the roads,sunny beach flooded in the usual places, approx 8 large dinghy's anchored up in the bay, work on complex next to siana is having a stone facade and flying along,,,,pics sent ,,have a nice day

Morning,weather been very poor last few day's with strong winds,snow,freezing temps and plenty of rain! Sunday and monday road from st vlas to Elenite, was at best one sheet of thick ice,,,the council managed to grit upto the big house on the hill in Vlas and decided that was good enough,not worried about the people living on,grand resort and Elenite,,,they best not rattle the tip jar in my face this year at xmas !!! The dinghy's have pulled up their hook's and moved on,most work has stopped ,,digging wise, tower crane number 5 going up on sanotorium,more materials going in truck after truck and that's about it !! have a safe day,,,,,

Good morning, yesterday remained dry and very sunny which pushed the temperature up to a nice warm -4, wednesday nite temps as low -9 with real feel temp being -12, lastnite -11 with real feel -13+. Most of the ice melted yesterday and roads were clearing and drying up fast,still not digging on most develpments, sanotorium tower crane 6 going up ,,really is a big project!! and as you come round the road heading for vlas,,you will the size of it,,awesome!!! they have already started on smaller buildings inside,, We are due for some more heavy rain,snow,and minus temps over the weekend,,talking of which rap up and have a nice one!!!!

Good morning, had a bad spell of weather last week and things started getting back to normal ,temp wise yesterday,,,seem's to have gone a bit cooler today and some light snow,,at the mo!! They have started digging a trench from garden of eden down towards grand resort and are laying a new main's water pipe,most construction site's started back today, so i will be out and about the next couple of day's for pic's...have a nice day,,,

Good morning/evening, weather down /up ,here remains cold ,some small snow flurries,but not much to worry about!! Putting new water main in,so one side of the road closed no stop & go sign's,,so pot luck there!!! They are digging a 1.5 mtr deep trench 1mtr wide and back filling with sand as the new surface!! Hyper market in st vlas coming along well,tower crane next to siana is coming down but is going straight back up at development between Kompass and The Watermill, tower crane 6 is up and running at the sanotorium, 7 concrete pumps in there yesterday they are going flat out,,, sunny beach more land being cleared,,for what? have a brill day.....

Good morning,weather picked up nicely yesterday with the sun out most of the day,this morning light cloud but expecting to clear with temps on the rise and looking good for the weekend !! Plenty of owners on tonight's wizz air flight ,some coming for the weekend and some for the season,and a few for a couple of weeks!! Put a bit of life into the area! Most construction sites have stepped up a gear,tower crane up and running at kompass, poured the concrete for the roof of hypermarket,Fort noks going well and the sanotorium flying up,no doubt will be coming out the ground very shortly..Burgas have had the go-ahead to build a 5m bgn indoor sports arena,so looking good there!! have a great weekend........

Morning,weather over weekend good saturday remaining dry and temps ok, yesterday sun out and alfresco weather ,this morning overcast at the moment and due to clear up with temps expected to be mid teen's!! new water main going in pretty fast,ground floor slab getting ready for concrete at watermill,some hotels in sunny beach getting a face lift,and work done on pool's, Burgas work has started on new pavements and tidying up the footpath's and putting ramps etc in for wheelchairs/prams looking very good in Burgas,,have a brill day,,,,

Good morning,monday hit temps of 20c ,with tuesday a little cooler and yesterday broken cloud,clear skies this morning so in for another warm day!!
Plenty of stools out already selling gift's and bracelets for baba marta,which starts soon!! Plenty of Russian's coming for the season,most complexs have several on there already,,,construction going strong with most making good use of daylight hours,,,have a nice day
