Good morning weather down here getting better,friday stayed mainly dry,with sun coming out in force in the afternoon,saturday again nice temps and sun out alfresco weather,yesterday thick fog until late morning the sun burning it away and sunny late afternoon,clear sky at the moment and temps predicted to reach late teen's today!! Window's and screeding of floors down here in Elenite( complex next to supermarket),new water main coming along nicely upto alex beach at present,columns starting to go up at the new build next to watermill,sanotorium one section out of the ground and now flying up 6 tower cranes and 4 mobile cranes at full speed should imagine on the second floor in as many weeks,,,,new build next to Mladost supermarket nearly finished looking good,,have a great day

Good morning,weather on the up nice and warm yesterday, temp's in Vlas area reached a nice 17c inland up as much as 20c!! Digging has started down here in Elenite on the waste land next to new bus stop!! I think another complex,,,nice seeing a few people walking the beaches although we are forecast for a cold spell again in a week or so!! Things are normal here with construction and traffic for this time of year,,have a brill day

Good morning the weather has been great this week,a little bit chilly upto 10 ish and alfresco weather after that! The digging that started here in Elenite has stopped it look's like they were just digging a test hole,,,Work on the new build next to watermill has stopped no action there for a few day's,,,really flying now at the old sanotorium, columns going up by the minute, a lot of buildings putting up the flag( put a BG national flag up when roof is on) Still mayem with trucks etc,,,will take some pics over the weekend,,,of which have a great one!!!!

Good morning ,weather has been overcast over the weekend and threatining rain which has duly arrived the early hours of this morning,but not heavy and looks like it will brighten up later!! Work has started near the bus stop here in Elenite and it's going to be another complex the same as the one opposite, they are digging away at the side of the hill face,,,where the road is above!!!!! Spent the day at Sozopol yesterday ,very quiet but their was a couple of cafe's open and weather stayed dry,stopped at Burgas on the way back and plenty of people out and about,,,nice to see some life!!

Good morning,rained all day monday, and cold temps in the evening with a snow flurry but only left a small sprinkling on the mountains in the morning ,yesterday cold winds but remained dry and things looking better for the latter part of the week!! Digging stopped as for muckaway wagon's dirtying the roads, sanotorium have another tower crane and they really are going for it in a big way!! Everywhere you go now they are selling baba marta item's only 3 days left ,,so i will venture and get mine today,,,have a top day

Good morning ,temps went cold yesterday but remained dry,the sun popping it's head up this morning!!! Digging in Elenite in full swing going down approx 1.5 mtr should be finished over the weekend!! Plenty of shuttering equipment arrived the last couple of day's there,,new build at watermill has re-started walls and columns going up fast there,fort noks new build flying up ,sanotorium much the same ,working all hours there!! Shuttering and props dropped at hypermarket soon be ready for fit out!! Had a good nite at bobby's saying goodbye's to a few that are leaving today,,ivé got my baba marta stuff for tomorrow ,looking forward to that have a top weekend,,,,,,,,,,,

Good morning,,,,it's been a mixed bag weather wise the last few days with some rain and cold winds ,and a few sunny spells but not much and not for long,,,digging stopped at Elenite because of the mud on the new road and which made it hard for the muckaway wagon's to see the curb stones which have now been smashed to pieces,and to think they were only going 20mtrs away to tip it all in the pay for parking car park between pfb and the supermarket and is a big heap of mud!!! Emptying the pools on mfb checking for any repairs that might need doing and the gardens on most Fort noks complex are being attended to.!! St vlas still one big construction site,walls going up at the hypermarket,sanotorium i would say around 200 workers on that site,they started outer buildings and swimming pools there,sunny beach some of the bars getting decorated, kompass bar and restaurant in vlas is open again,ready for 1st floor slab next to watermill,, pics sent have a great day

cheers Gary!! yep your right but not just St vlas/sunnybeach its the whole coastline,,,, Mud mountain in Elenite nearly complete they put concrete in the base of the dig last nite ready for the steel ,,,,on the plus side a nice sprinkling of concrete on the road as you go up hill,,,should give the tyres more grip if we get any ice /snow,,,,weather yesterday not to bad sunny spells and sun out this morning !!! New water main in upto panorama/grande resort ,,work due to start on the pools here in messambria,pool on pfb maintenance complete there,,,have a super weekend,,

Hi Sean thanks again for the pictures you sent last weekend, you have not been on the forum all week, hope you are not poorly. just assuming not much happening out there at the moment. either that or the weather is to good to be tapping away on the computer. hope to read about whats going on shortly

Hi Ginger ,,,not disapeared,,, went to UK and drove back through,France,Belgium,Germany,Austria,Hungry,Romania and then good old BG 2000miles later!! Weather driving down was perfect and not one drop of rain!! Weather here in bg the same and temps this week are expected to hit early 20s,,work continues here in elenite steel in and concrete poured saturday,new curbs going in st vlas,hard to get in to sanotorium due to security but managed a few pics of which i have sent,,,have a great day

Hi Sean, Glad you are ok, That was some journey you have been on, braver than us, we are not to keen to drive through foreign countries, you never know what you will encounter, It must have been nice to see you family though and now I suppose you are back to soak up some sunshine. Plus the fact that you can eat and drink and not break the bank as in England. looking further to updates from you and once again thanks for pics

Good morning, weather the last week has been superb with temps hitting 25c,work still continues ,sanotorium up to the 4th floor,pavements getting done in sunny beach,st vlas, here in Elenite the new build had the base slab poured and now they are shuttering for walls and columns!!! Swimming pools are getting power washed and cleaned on fn complexs,,new water main all in and connected!! Restaurant central open in vlas,more people arriving now by the day,and the traffic has already increased at acheloy !! work next to marina view continues as well looks like more apts,,,have a nice day,,,,

Good morning,the weather the latter part of last week held out and the weekend was good ,sat sunny but with a cool breeze, sunday was sunny with warm temps ,mon/tues,pretty much the same!! Work still going full speed up,sanotorium up to 5th floor ,plenty going on at that site,hypermarket getting external works done ie parking etc,plenty happening up Vlas high street with more shops getting fitted out and some old getting demolished,,at the moment both kebab shops have gone new tarmac upto grand resort imminent( not holding my breath) road widening on Vlas main road from casino to surgery with pavements etc!!! Some of the big hotels getting ready for next weekend where thousands of Romainians come for the easter break!!! And there maybe a protest on the dual carriagway into Vlas,,, the St Vlas football team are due to play a football match on it ,,stopping all traffic as they have been after a football pitch for years and were told they could but now nothing,,as all land is marked for apts,,

Good morning, weather has remained very nice indeed,bit chilly first thing but soon warms up,,,most pools on FN complexs have been cleaned,gardens are looking good as well!!! Still going for it here Elenite and were concreting at 20.00hrs last nite, and where there is a piece of empty land they are putting concrete there( will send pics).Traffic has increased alot this week and due to get worse as they are putting in a new sewer main from the new waste plant in Acheloy.Sanotorium doing pools,boundry walls and another floor,hypermarket not far off now,,pot holes getting done ( well kind of) through sunny beach and upto vlas,,,out and about this weekend with camera,,,,have a nice one,,
