Hi Ann yes i got your message thats fine
is yours on the ground floor its for my mum so needs to be ground floor last year they put tempoary on the top floor open staircase was slippy with the ice and so dangerous i had to go out and buy like 20 bags a salt and then they moved us back to mine haha alls well
