Could anyone advise me on where to get the best euro morgage deal? also ideas for furnishing my studio apartment, preferrably online order (went to the metro last year & bought crockery etc. not a great experience :( ) I also need to find a suitable key holder?

Hi Katie

To answer your question on key holding:

My husband and I are moving to Bulgaria next February and will be living and running our business (Jollys apartment services) from our apartment at PFB. We will be launching our website next month which will have all the info about the services we will be providing including prices, one of the services will be key holding so please keep an eye on the forum for details of our website or feel free to pm me for more info.

Kind regards

Alison

What to look after there? :?:
Rentals ? Zero interest.

Vito,
Variety is the spice of life. The more choice people have the better the service they will receive in the end. The poorer quality companies will be found out eventuallyand people will obviously use the better ones. I am not saying for one minute that your company is not providing a good service, but more competition means better service to clients. Look at the bars at Grand Resort, all being run by the same person. No competition means poor quality service.
Cheers.

Panorama I couldn't have put it better myself. We have been renting our apartment out for the last two seasons, and fortunately through hard work and good marketing we achieved 90% bookings for both years. We used a very good property management company for both years and were pleased with the service we got, but as you say variety is the spice of life and good honest competition is essential for owners trying to make a few bob on their investment. Although we were pleased with the service we received the truth of the matter is there was and still is very limited choice for apartment services covering all of the Fortnoks complexes.

Next season there will be one more :D

Cheers Alison

My statement was from a PM company point of view, i do not mind having many competitors at the same place, because i also think that this will improve the service. I meant that there is NO PROFIT for us there.

micknaly,
Best wishes for next season. You seem to have the charisma and enthusiasm to make your company a great success next year. I think that there is great scope for making large profits if the PM companies deliver what they promise. Have you considered running a bar? only joking (NOT).
Cheers.
