Dear Greg,
in Nessebar Fort Club there will be facilities such as 2 restaurants- in sections E3 and C1, a supermarket, a tennis court/ football field, a gym, 6 pools, mini golf and golf putting green

Hope all this will be enough for you to enjoy your summer holiday in the complex!

There didn't seem to be any entertainment there a few weks ago anyway.
I don't think all the stuff that was supposed to be there is there also. A reply from NFC should clarrify that.

My understanding of it is FNKs build the buildings and provide some of the services, but they are really looking for local enterprises to come in & rent the spaces & provide the services. For instance I'm pretty sure the bar is privately run.

Your quite right Alex.
All amenities on site, such as Shops, restaurants’, ect are privately owned and there for FN have no responsibility over these or prices they charge.
I was also informed that we are all Freehold, and as such once we have completed,
There is no reason why, lets say Block G5 to employ an outside company to undertake their own maintenance.
