If you check the CONTRACT For Maintenance and Management, you will find a breakdown of what the maintenance fee covers, I mean:

"SUBJECT OF CONTRACT. PRICE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
1.1 The owner assigns and the manager accepts and is obliged to maintain and organize technical and administrative management of NESSEBAR Fort Club residential resort, situated in a Regulated Land Property №053027, “Indjekyoisko blato” area, on the land of Nessebar Municipality, Bourgas Region.
1.2 The management of the preceding item comprises:
- To organize the internal order in the buildings and in the common areas in the complex; to assist the owners to use their apartments and the complex as a whole and to exercise their property right undisturbed.
- To maintain the common technical installations and equipment as well as the other common parts of the building such as the swimming pool, children’s playgrounds, sports facilities, gardens, parking lots and courtyard.
- To organize outside security of the tourist complex all over the year.
- To organize sanitary-hygiene service of the complex and of the common parts of the residential buildings.
- To organize and manage paid service activities in the complex."

This contract does not include an insurance of the apartments. If you want your apartment to be covered by an insurance, please, be advised, that the prices are as follows:
studio- 40 Euro
one bed apartment- 50 Euro
two bed apartment- 60 Euro
