estate agents

Postby ebemark1 » Tue Apr 22, 2008 9:59 am

Hi has anyone had any dealings with local estate agents? I would like to have my apartment valued. I am not interested in trying to sell it cheap etc. I would just like to know if there is a market for resales now that fort noks have released their new complexes at higher prices!

cheers Ebemark1

Ebemark1, with thousands upon thousands of newly built and offplan apartments in the sunny beach alone. I think any form of resale market for new apartments is a premature at present...but certainly not impossible. But its a buyers market and will be for sometime yet.

Cheers

have tried around 50 different phone numbers/websites and called in upon agents when out there last yr - no one wants to know about re-sales.
as for valuation, depends what complex u on.
if on one that hasnt sold out, then its probably not worth it. why would yours be worth anything more than one thats not been bought thats on the market at the same price you paid.
its a poor situation is your trying to shift it, but having said that-good luck and u never know u may get lucky.
just avoid MRI.
