contacting nessebar fort club

Postby mishka05 » Wed May 07, 2008 1:29 pm

I would just like to say a big thankyou to Stella at NFC.
I have been trying to get the finishing works completed in my appt for weeks to no avail., so this morning I contacted Stella via the contacts section and I found her to be most helpful and she has assured me this will be done and she will even email me pictures within the next few days.
So anyone who has any queries, Stella is the lady you need to speak to.

Thankyou Stella :D :D :D

Hi Julie
I was told that we could go across in March and my furniture would be in my apartments and ive decided to go across at the end of this month and ive emailed Aglaia to ask for an update on them as i thought they would have asked me what colour of appliance i want in them and what i want for the studio,So this makes me think there has no work been done inside them,She replyed she would get her colleagues to check what is inside them, That was in April .Ive emailed again as its not long untill am there and got the same answer again. Am just wondering what were the finishing works you had to get completed ? Also i take it you have been across to know your appt was not finished.I will see what Aglaia comes back with as she has been great with me from the start

Hi Mandy, I have been emailing and phoning Aglaia with all my queries as I thought she was the person dealing with NFC. Itoo found her to be very pleasant and helpful and she said that she would pass on this info to her collegues, but unfortunately I did not get any feed back, this may because she is based in Sofia rather than NFC. Stella is one of the managers of NFC so she is actually on site, so I thought that she would be the person to speak to. I told her when I would be going over and she said that she would get this sorted, so fingers crossed. I'm maybe thinking that because of the many appts they have got to get organised they are working their way through them but then doing the ones whose owners will be visiting soon, once they have been contacted with an arrival date.

The reason I knew that the appt was'nt ready was when the company I used to furnish the appt (LetsfurnishBulgaria) went in to measure up I asked them to email me pictures as I had'nt seen the appt since last sept when we were over last. When I saw the photo's everything looked fine apart from the bathroom, there was a shower cubicle with no shower, a sink with no taps, a toilet with no seat or cistern and no water heater to heat up the water ! Oh, and there was no blinds or mosquito nets.
I contacted FN's who said that this would be done, so I rearranged the date for the furnishings to be installed 2 weeks later. However they were not done but we went ahead and furnished it anyway.
Since then I have been trying to get them finished as I am going out on my own on 7th June and would like to stay in my appt. Will let you know if and when it gets finished.
It might be worth a try contacting Stella, if you click onto the contacts at the top of the home page it gives you all the names of the managers and their phone no's.
Good luck !!!

Hi Julie,i was reading that you used letsfurnishbulgaria for your furniture, could you please tell me what kind of furniture they have and the price range for a 1 bedroomed as we're going over in June to furnish ours,we'd like good quality modern furniture as we don't intend to rent, and also where is their shop,i can't believe that the apts.aren't finished inside thats just terrible what has happened to you,its not good enough as the p.c. stated that after the 3rd instal.the owner could use the apt.but with no taps or water boiler etc.thats certainly not an option, wasn't there a clause in the contract that if they were not ready then that the seller had to pay compensation to the buyer, look forward to hearing from you Lyn

Hi Linda.
letsfurnish bulgaria are an english company based in Liverpool, not too sure if they have a shop, but they do have a website where the furnishings can be viewed. They have colour samples of the wood finishes, work tops and fabrics posted on the site and all the different styles of furnishings. They have complete packages that provide you with everything. I did'nt want the basic buy to let furnishings as I am hoping to rent to friends and family and work colleagues and people via FN website, but it still needed to be servicable without being too expensive as I only have a limited budget. After viewing lots of different companies I felt this company seemed to fit the bill. Upto now I have'nt been disapointed ( still have yet to see the furnishings in the appt so won't know for definate until I go out) I dealt with James (Rose) the owner of the company and found him to be very on the ball. They employ bulgarian people to carry out all the work which took 2 days to actually install all the furnishings and fitting the kitchen units and then they sent me photo's once the work was completed, I was very impressed with their efficiency.
The e-mail address is :- www.letsfurnish-bulgaria.com or you could google them :- lets furnish bulgaria sales
The phone no is on the website as is the price of the packages ( I think we paid roughly 5,000 euros)
If you pm me your email address I can send you some photo's of the finished appt, or if you want to speak to me let me know your no and I will ring you.
Alternatively I will be at the appt 7th - 12th june if you are there during this time I would be more than happy for you to come and see for yourself.
Sorry if I have babbled on a bit, but I can talk for england !!!

Hi Julie, thanks so much for all your help and advice,we sound to be in the boat as ye as in only intending friends and such use the apt.and we want something more then a rental package in furnishing,i would love to see pics of youe apt.but as i'm new to this forum don't know how to pm,if you could let me know i'll get your phone no. as i'd love to discuss this,we're not going until the 14/6,we were in contact with a Di and Sean who are putting in a safe they said that they would point us in the right direction for furniture but i have not got any reply to my emails to them, but seeing as youare looking for more then the basic and have done the groundwork and found these to be good mabey this could be the short cut thanks once again for all your trouble, kind regards Lyn
