Hi All
Can anyone enlighten me with regard to the Bulstat card, My knowledge of this is limited but basicly understand it to be a means of monitoring for Tax purposes. Does anyone have a better understanding of it ( In laymans Terms).
Will we need this card to purchase furniture , If so what shops require it ? Do we need it if we are not renting commercially ? We are over in a couple of weeks so should we be panicking if we havn't got one ?
