Dear Owners of apartments in the Fort Noks developments,

According to the all year round employment of the staff in your complex and for your best convenience, we would like to notify you that considering from September 2007, we will be performing in all the developments the following services:
- free of charge ventilation of the apartment;
- free of charge regular property inspections – high- and off-season;
- free of charge checking of the property for possible damages caused by bad weather conditions;
- free of charge key holding service for the complexes Privilege Fort Beach, Messambria Fort Beach, Green Fort, Panorama Fort Beach, Marina View Fort Beach, Riviera Fort Beach, Imperial Fort Club, Crown Fort Club and Nessebar Fort Club;
- free of charge checking of the electric equipment and sanitary in the apartment;

The price for Full cleaning of your apartment will be discounted 10% upon request of 10 days prior your arrival. Requests to be made to the manager of the relevant complex.

This is really good news, however I did also just notice that your cleaning and laundry charges have been raised by 50%. This is quite a price hike!!!

The prices have gone up by more than 50% Derek - last year we paid 25 euros for a full clean of a 1 bedroom, including cleaning of the windows. This year, we would be paying 60 euros as windows are not included in "full clean".

I've also just been told that the 10% discount on cleans booked 10 or more days in advance of arrival that FN announced in March finished on 1st April! That was a great bonus wasn't it

I don't think FN are going to be getting too many bookings for their cleaners this year!

The price for Airport transfers, or full cleaning of your apartment will be discounted 10% upon request of 10 days prior your arrival. Requests to be made to the manager of the relevant complex.

The offer is valid by the 1st of June 2008.
