Action for loss of Deposit

Postby Wilfy » Tue Jun 03, 2008 9:21 am

Hello,

I am looking for people who have lost their deposit or potentially could lose their deposit due to inefficient dealings with MRI, Capital Financial Partners and/or Legal Independence. I had my mortgage revoked by the bank after the drawdown date was missed because the above parties did not complete the paper work in time and so the developer has forfeited my contract and kept my deposit.

Please feel free to send me a private message or email me on rwilford@statestreet.com to discuss what action can be taken if any.

Thanks
Richard

Wilfy,

Just wanted to say good luck in trying to get some recompense for the dreadful way you've been treated by CFP and LI.

Thats bad news! i just hate MRI and Legal-indepenance, the latter havent returned any correspondance for 3 months despite me sending them at least 2 emails every week.
I'm sick and tired of them and wish I'd never met MRI.
At least i know for future investments, its all one big learning curve.
