pools not ready at end of may

i was very disapointed visited crown/grand resort between 19/26 may the weather was pretty goodbut none of the pools was ready some with very dirty water frogs swimming about, did fill one pool on 23 may but filled it only did not clean it out,was still very dirty,season supposed to start may 1,disapointed with fortnoks being an owner on cfc,also familys there at the same time who had rented,with no pools for the kids (not good enough)..

Agree with what you're saying but unfortunately, the Bulgarians do not think that the season starts until June 1st. As such, that's when they aim for facilities to be ready.
