Be Warned!

Hi

I would just like to forewarn new and potential investors of a situation that we have:
We recently sold our studio apartment on Crown Fort and bought a 1 bed apartment from Fort Noks.
The exchange took place end Mar08/beginning Apr08.
My parents are visiting Bulgaria for the first time and using our new apartment.
We had been advised by Fort Noks that the apartment would be ready.
My Parents arrived 02Jun for 2 x weeks. The blinds have not been fitted and to this day still aren't.
Each day is getting hotter. The furniture that we purchased from Fort Noks is getting ruined. The veneer is peeling away. The laminate flooring is coming away from the floor. Not to mention the huge lack of privacy.
I've sent countless amounts of mails to Fort Noks to no avail. I've asked my Parents to go and speak to the office on the complex. The lady nearly had my Mum in tears and delivered a very abrupt reply along the lines of 'So what! I'm only here to sell apartments'.
Admin - do you have any thoughts on this?

mine too has no blinds. they wont do anything about it.
