hi - i just wondered is it cheaper to buy laptops - computers in bulgaria compared to the UK.

dont they have different keyboards?
the alphabet is different

wouldnt matter on a desktop PC cos you could replace keyboard. but on a laptop you would have to use an external keyboard or replace the keys
