Missing Linen

Postby Scouse John » Thu Jun 19, 2008 12:33 pm

:( I recently visited my apartment on Panorama and was shocked to find that more than half of my linen was missing from my apartment.Towels, Quilts, Quilt Covers ,Sheets, Pillowcases, etc (over 20 items in all)
I use SP Properties to manage my apartment and they are blaming Fort Noks.
Has anyone else had similar experiences with large amounts of missing linen. Nothing else in the apartment was missing, and as far as I could tell everything was as I left it back in September last year. :(

Ps My 2 water heaters had also been put on by fort noks, the day before my visit in case I wanted a shower when i arrived at 4am in the morning. Is this normal Practice ? I've asked them to pay for the wasted electricity. Do you think they will ?

Regarding a previous message I posted on this forum earlier today. I would like to make an apology to SP Properties for the incorrect information and references I made.
I want to apologise to all concerned for misleading people, and state that SP Properties do Not manage my apartment and never havedone.
We have known Paul and Sue For over three years and they have always provided an excellent service for us,(cleaning of our apartment, Laundry service and airport pick-ups)
Once again I want to apologise to SP Properties for any inconvenience caused in this matter.

TO ALL READING THIS FORUM IWOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT PERFECTLY, PERFECTLY CLEAR THAT WE DO NOT MANAGE AND HAVE NEVER MANAGED THIS PROPERTY FOR JOHN LYONS. HOW JOHN HAS THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT WE ARE HIS PROPERTY MANAGERS,WHEN THE ONLY SERVICE THAT WE HAVE EVER DONE FOR HIM ARE AIRPORT TRANSFERS AND A FEW CLEANS. WE ARE ONE OF THE FEW PM COMPANIES THAT ARE HERE ALL YEAR ROUND AND FOR OUR PM CLIENTS, WE CHECK THEIR PROPERTIES EVERY SINGLE WEEK. WE ARE WELL AWARE OF LINENS GOING MISSING. THIS IS WHY WE ALSO PROVIDE A STORAGE LINEN ROOM FOR OUR CLIENTS.

WHEN JOHN AND BARBARA CAME INTO OUR OFFICE SAYING THAT LINENS HAD GONE MISSING AND THAT THEY CAME TO FIND THEIR BOILER ON. AT NO POINT DID WE PUT THE BLAME ON FN. WE ASKED THEM WHO HAD THEIR KEYS? THIS APT HAS STOOD EMPTY FOR POSSIBLY 8 MONTHS AND WE ARE NOT TAKING THE BLAME, FOR A PROPERTY THAT IS NOT ON OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND THERFORE DO NOT LOOK AFTER.

i AM SO ANGRY OVER THIS POSTING. PAUL AND I WORK DAMNED HARD. YOU WILL HARDLY EVER FIND US ON THE BEACH ARE FREQUENTING THE BARS AS USUALLY WE ARE TOO KNACKERED. WE MAY NOT ALWAYS GET IT RIGHT, BUT WE ALWAYS TRY AND DO THE BEST FOR OUR CLIENTS.

hi,
i would like to comment on this post, i would like to say ive use paul and sue for my property management for over 2 years now and woldn't use anyone else, i would like to say if not for them it would be hard to manage the day to day running of the apartment and all the other little extras they do which they dont have to. Not only are they proffessional at what they do but are genuine people and well liked.

Hi Guys
Just spent over 20mins typing a reply to this forum but got refused posting.
Sorry who I offended.
We both Charlie and Myself ( Bill ) find it hard to say SPP could be held responsible
for missing linen, they are not the only people to hold keys to any appartment.
Our advise to others is change the locks and get a managent company like SPP to run your
property completly.
They are there 24-7-12 months of the year where others are the only summer season.
We cannot believe that persons who use the pickup and cleaning service blame someone
who is not manageing there appartment ,for something that is out of there control.
Would you do this in the UK, NO. So have some respect.
One thing we find hard in life is to blame someone before they can prove it.
Those of you who know us will appreciate we speak as we find and have only
respect for Paul and Sue including the team employed by SPP and the others who
are trying to make a go in Bulgaria.
No-one is perfect but when others were offering constant rental with advance payment
where are they today.
We have no intention of changing from SPP as like many others, we are gold star
members and would advise any others who think that you can run an appartment from
your living room chair in the UK one peice of advice.
Would you do the same in Bulgaria NO.
You only get what you pay for, pay Peanuts get Monkeys???
Sorry to go on but we hate bitcheness
