No furniture fitted

I have rented a Studio apartment on Nessebar Fort Club 4th August -11th August 2008 which was paid for in February 2008.
Just received an email from owner a client arrived and no kitchen or furniture has been fitted, thus big let down.

we may have a slight problem as you know these apartments are brand new, but over the weekend i had a client turn up for a week stay and there was no kitchen or furniture...

as you can imagine i was horrified as i paid for this to be fitted 4 months ago, i have been onto fort noks and after lots of umming and arring they have admitted they are at fault but said they still will take up to 60 days to get furniture in , so i dont know what to say to you apart from say sorry, cos i cant garuntee the kitchen will be in, i wouldnt take the risk, i have had to email 6 people and as you can imagine i feel very bad ..

pleaase let me know what you want me to do and i will gladly refund your holiday and give you a free week next year....

again very sorry



Does anyone have 4th August -11th August available for two people.

Reading forum regarding snagging and finished work.
With experience of Fortnoks i am suprised they release apartments without quality checking.
Anayway i am buying on Holiday Fort Golf Club and hope quality will be better before handing over money.

The same thing happened to me, I went out there last week expecting the furniture to be in place but alas, nothing in the apartment. I phoned MRI, who I purchased the apartment and the furniture package off and they said that I was misinformed by one of their staff in that the furniture wouldn't be installed until after I had signed with the solicitor, etc. I had been assured that it would have been in place but they are a crowd of liars. Now it is not going to be in for another month or so. You just can't believe what they will tell you.

Hi Charlie, Elaine,

I require a 1 bedroom apartment for Early Sat 5th to Sat 12th.

The apartment will be used for 4 young girls on a break from university. I have let my apartment and studio out to my daughter and her friends and this is the 3rd apartment required to satisfy catering for 11 of them in total.

Please let me know if there is any availability. The apartment I originally had booked has become foul of furniture fitting back log.
